Paleo WonTon Soup
WonTon soup was definitely a comfort food that was missed in our household, until we decided to try replacing the wrapper with the ‘oh so’ nutrient dense, Napa Cabbage.

Tomato Surprenant
This little surprise (surprenant) of a candied tomato is an excellent appetizer for dinner parties, with this sophisticated touch of flavour from the Feur De Sel and they are oh so simple to make!

Bacon-Burger Dog Wraps
Every once in a while I need a burger and this simple burger is another winner in my house. A tasty hamburger or is it an all-beef hotdog? Regardless it’s a dog that the girls in my house love. One of the wraps pictured here are made from Live (Sundried Tomato Wrap – carrots, flax seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, sea salt).

Honey-Mustard Red Snapper
These tender pieces of Red Snapper are delicately poached in the same sauce used to marinade in, then finished with the same sauce. This Red Snapper is quick, easy and a tasty dish that takes 15-20 minutes make if you include preparation time.

Salmon Devilled Eggs
This is a velvety devilled egg, partially due to the homemade mayonnaise. These salmon strips were the remains from cutting steaks up for our Paleo Salmon Sticks. It only takes 150 g of salmon, you could also use canned if you wish. Eggs can be cooked and stored in fridge for up to two days before using.

Paleo Salmon Sticks
This is an easy dish to do and it goes great with cauliflower rice. You can toss the salmon into the egg mixture a day ahead, however it will taste just fine if it has only marinated for 15 minutes.

Ultimate Paleo Pad Thai
The spiciness of the chili with the flavour of the almond butter makes this protein rich dish a favourite in my household. Depending on your personal preference you might need to adjust the heat level.
